Crown Whiskey Store’ customer service is truly outstanding. The process of buying one’s old whiskey collection can be complex and typically involves several delicate steps. The staff at Crown Whiskey Store, and especially Mr. Michael, have made this complex process almost effortless and very trustworthy. They provided a fair appraisal with very transparent conditions, immediately responded to all my questions and efficiently followed on all the promised steps. What is even more incredible is the quality of their communication. They respond to several emails tracing and shipment.
Despite this outstanding performance, I feel Mr. Michael and his co-workers at Crown Whiskey are in the wrong business. They should instead offer training courses on customer service to corporations around the country.
