My experience was positive for the most part. I would have liked for my order to be processed faster. I believe it was a week and a half before it even shipped. Other than that, the bottles of whisky was packed very well and we really appreciated that. An order for the same whiskey from another supplier was damaged which is why we went with you. You also carried this whisky and we had a hard time finding it available in our state. We will definitely choose Crown Whiskey Store again. Thank you.

I ordered some Elijah Craig Barrel Proof for my Mum during lockdown. As crown whiskey were really busy, the order was significantly delayed. I enquired about the order on the on-line live chat and was happy with the response. The order arrived a few days later. I have since ordered the same item again. This time it arrived much quicker. I think crown whiskey store are a reliable company, but have had an overwhelming situation to deal with. I would order from them again🙂
